Stubaby is all over the place..We have had to place pillows all over the floors and pick up anything that he can pull up on that will tumble on top of him..This kid will be walking at Christmas...He is ALL BOY...Yes these pics all have him with a nup nup in his mouth..I try to take them out for pics because my mom says she never sees pics without a nuppy. So I took it out and then he found it and put it back in as I was taking pics.

Jackson Hole, WY
So I finally got some pics up of our trip to Jackson Hole..I have so many more put it is taken me forever to get them on this blog. We flew out of Dallas on Sept 1 to visit Chris, Jessica, and Oscar. We were a little nervous since this was Lilya's first plane ride. She absolutely loved it and wanted to get back on again once we landed. The weather was absolutely gorgeous there. It was 65 degrees when we landed and was 36 that night. Me and Lilya froze, while all the locals ran around in shorts and tank tops. We enjoyed going to the farmer's market and hulla-hooping..Jess was awesome at it. We went bike riding to the Snake River and around Oscar's school in Wilson, WY. We hiked up the mountain to Jenny Lake. That was a little difficult..we were already a few thousand feet above sea level and we were climbing..oh and Roger carried Lilya on his back most of the way..It was much harder though for Jessica and Chris who had to carry Oscar, who weighs about 8 to 10 pounds more than she does. We went riding to Kelly, WY to look for buffalo, but ended up coming across an antelope who crossed the road in front of us. Of course we stopped in Kelly... I had to have a picture in front of the sign. The kids played Sugarland in the car 40 zillion times and Roger and Jessica sang Beverly Hill Billies song 50 zillion times..Chris and I were ready to dump them out. We then went to Snow King where we took the ski lift up the mountain to ride the Alpine Slide 2500 feet down the mountain..I wasn't liking this lift with no snow underneath me, but Lilya wasn't scared of a thing..When we came home there were Moose in their neighbor's front yard. All that searching we did and they were right at home. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to go back. Lilya is already talking about playing in the snow next time.. Gotta give much thanks to Kay Kay. She kept Stubaby while we were gone. He had been congested and it made the trip a little easier. Thank you Kay Kay and Thanks to Chris, Jessica, and Oscar for a trip we will never forget.

Happy 3rd Birthday Lilya Kay
August 13th was Lilya Kay's 3rd birthday..Of course as most of you know we have 2 parties..one in Cottonport and one in Calhoun (last year for that though)..She had a great birthday..It was so different to see her reaction to the cake and presents this year.. It was very different than her 2nd birthday..This year she was very vocal and everything was so exciting and beautiful. Her theme was Dora (obviously) and she was more worried about her cake than anything else. The huge sign that is hung in our house was made by Roger...haha..yeah right.. My aunt had it made for her from the women's prison in Cport..quite amazing. At her party in Calhoun, she got a dora kite, ($2 kite from Dollar store), her favorite present. The party had to stop, Roger had to put this together and everyone had to go outside to watch her fly the kite.(102 degrees at 5 pm). She had a wonderful 3rd birthday (twice). Threw in a few pics of Stubaby. Poor thing he is always forgotten. Took him to the doctor on Wed and he weighs 18 and 1/2 lbs. He is a healthy big boy. He is starting to sit, still a little weeble wooble, but he can definitely get around on all fours. Lilya has learned that she cannot leave things on the floor anymore and he isn't as much fun anymore now that he is mobile. He is such a happy baby. Hope everyone enjoys. We will post pics of our Jackson Hole trip when we return.

Old Family Photos
Found some old pics as I was cleaning and making room for Stubaby's stuff in his big boy room. I absolutely love the clothes we were all wearing....especially Gail's outfit riding the 4-wheeler. Thought they were great so had to share, but I realize only my family will appreciate these. The baby I am holding is Clay...yeah I know everyone is thinking it looks just like Stubaby :)
